HGC gymnasts will be taking part in a sponsored 'Rock & Roll' on Dec 1st. Gymnasts will record how many forward/backward rolls they perform and how many times they rock in tuck x10.

Our target is for gymnasts to collectively perform 662 rolls (one for each pound we are trying to raise). There will be prizes for gymnasts who achieve the most rolls in each age group.

It should be great fun for everyone taking part... photos and results will be posted after the event.
